Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Manager. The KAM will be responsible for supporting the development, deepening, and loyalty of current and potential customers. Additionally, the KAM will ensure that the sales process with each client is flawless from start to finish. Responsibilities Explore new markets, generate business opportunities, build a robust portfolio, and strengthen relationships with current and potential clients. Contribute to the growth, strengthening, and retention of current and potential clients. Ensure the flawless execution of the sales process with each client, from start to finish. Develop business strategies focused on achieving the goals set by the company. Over 3 years of experience in commercial areas. Intermediate level of English (desirable). Knowledge in streaming and technology. Familiarity with the BTL, production, events, and agencies field. Experience in media or with a client portfolio. Teamwork skills, results-oriented, relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Advertising, or related field. Conditions Partially remote: You can work from your home some days a week.
