Data Entry: Enter sales orders into our NetSuite system. Order Acknowledgment: Send order acknowledgments to customers. Logistics Coordination: Build truck loads weekly, request freight quotes, and coordinate with carriers and cold storage. Inventory Management: Enter lot allocations from Bills of Lading (BOLs). Customer Service: Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Issue Resolution: Review claims for shortages and damages, gather necessary documentation, and issue credits as approved. Financial Management: Invoicing: Create and send invoices to customers. Accounts Receivable: Send weekly A/R reminders and past due notices. Sales Support: Sales Materials: Order sales materials as requested by the sales team. Event Coordination: Coordinate school shows and travel schedules. Team Support: Provide support to the sales team and attend weekly sales meetings. General Duties: Email Management: Monitor and respond to emails from our website. Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
