What We Are Seeking
We are looking for the best talent in the industry to support Bizagi's rapid growth across Latam. As a Junior Process Improvement Consultant, you will analyze, propose, and support the implementation of processes improvements based on industry's best practices.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities Investigate and learn about industry's best practices and identify new approaches and solutions to business issues identified through processes analysis. Propose processes improvements to promote business agility, innovation, and collaboration. Support the design and automation of processes in Bizagi to gather, update, and monitor information to improve organizational productivity. Manage required help for users by providing support, training, and guaranteeing applications' correct performance. Academic and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or alike.

Experience At least 6 months of experience or participation in college projects related to process improvements. Processes management and documentation. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point). Essential BPM tools management (Bizagi preferred). Languages
English level: (B1 Minimum)
