What this role is about As a People Analyst, you will support our People team across various HR functions with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Culture, Training & Development, and Employer Branding.
You will assist in the recruitment process from defining job profiles to onboarding new hires.
Working closely with team leaders, you will help identify staffing needs and gain insights into current job market trends—such as talent availability, salary benchmarks, and in-demand skills—to effectively attract suitable candidates.
You will utilize diverse channels and tools to attract and identify candidates who align with our talent needs.
Additionally, you will support initiatives to promote our company culture, measure employee engagement, and assist in designing and executing training programs to develop our team's competencies, productivity and performance.
Your role will also contribute to employer branding strategies, internal communications, and wellness programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
