Position: Junior Payroll Analyst for Chile & Peru This role is responsible for carrying out the salary payment process according to the monthly remuneration calendar, analyzing, auditing, and solving complex payroll problems in accordance with the laws of each country. Responsibilities: Ensure employees are paid accurately, on time, and in accordance with company policy and government regulations. Analyze, audit, reconcile, and resolve complex payroll processing and employee payroll issues to ensure smooth payroll processing. Ensure payroll reporting and payments are compliant with company policy, generally accepted accounting principles, and applicable regulations. Research and interpret regulatory requirements and resolve tax, withholding, and garnishment issues for payroll processing. Ensure time systems are compliant with company policy and government regulations. Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources Engineering, or a related area. At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a payroll analyst. Intermediate English skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in a multinational company is desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
