About the role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our IT & InfoSec team as a Junior Specialist. This role will focus on Corporate SaaS Management & Support, Employee Onboarding and Offboarding, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and User Support. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the security and efficiency of our IT systems and ensuring seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Corporate SaaS Management & Support: Assist in managing and supporting the company's Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications. Monitor the usage and performance of various SaaS platforms, ensuring compliance with security policies. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve issues and optimize the performance of SaaS tools. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all SaaS applications in use and ensure proper licensing. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Support the IT team in onboarding new employees, including setting up accounts, providing access to necessary systems, and configuring devices. Ensure the timely and secure offboarding of employees, including deactivating accounts and recovering company assets. Create and update documentation related to the onboarding and offboarding processes. Identity & Access Management (IAM): Assist in managing user accounts and access rights across various systems and applications. Participate in the regular review and auditing of access rights to ensure compliance with company policies. Support the implementation and maintenance of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions. User Support: Provide first-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents in a timely manner. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base for frequently encountered issues and solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Educational Background: Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and security principles. Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux). Knowledge of SaaS platforms and their management. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Preferred Qualifications: Previous internship or work experience in an IT support or security-related role. Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems. Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts. Basic scripting or automation knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Bash). Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
