Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Growth Marketer to join our team and help optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, analyze data, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
Research & Targeting: Conduct keyword research and refine audience targeting strategies.
Content Collaboration: Write ad copy and work with the creative team to develop compelling visuals.
Optimization: Use campaign data to recommend improvements for other channels, such as email marketing and content strategy.
Reporting: Support the team in creating detailed reports to track key performance metrics (KPIs) and ROI.
Stay Updated: Continuously learn about new tools, trends, and techniques in paid marketing.
Qualifications: Must-Haves: 1-2 years of experience in paid marketing, particularly in Google Ads or Meta Ads.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and campaign management tools.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Nice-to-Haves: Proficiency with Excel for data analysis.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Ability to leverage campaign insights to enhance other marketing channels.
Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEM rush, SpyFu.
What Success Looks Like: Meeting or exceeding KPIs, including cost-per-click (CPC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lead quality.
Demonstrating measurable improvements in campaign performance through testing and optimization.
Effectively using paid campaign insights to drive growth across other marketing channels.
