Position Title: Junior+ FullStack Developer Location: Remote - LATAM What you will be doing: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in the development and evolution of our platform, working closely with a team of talented engineers to design, build, and maintain various components spanning frontend, backend, databases, AI models, server infrastructure, and DevOps. Your responsibilities will include: Contribute to the technical architecture and implementation of complex systems. Develop and maintain frontend and backend components using React, NodeJS, and related technologies. Design and implement large-scale microservices-oriented applications and architecture. Utilize SQL and No-SQL databases effectively to meet product requirements. Translate product requirements into scalable software designs. Foster a culture of creativity, problem-solving, and clean code practices. Stay updated on the latest JavaScript frameworks and trends. Demonstrate expertise in software architecture from containerization to UI components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS tools. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Requirements & Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Computer Science. Minimum 3 years of experience in NodeJS development. Minimum 3 years of experience with modern JS frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React+Redux). Minimum 3 years of experience building large-scale microservices-oriented applications. Hands-on experience with public cloud services, preferably AWS. Proficiency with SQL and No-SQL databases. Ability to transform product requirements into software design and implementation. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code. Active GitHub profile with contributions to open source projects. Experience with CI/CD tools, specifically AWS.
