Fieldwork Specialist Modalidad:?Híbrida (2 oficina – 3 días remoto) L-V 9am -6pm Enfoque a Barcelona & LATAM Resumen del Puesto: El Jr. Fieldwork Specialist será responsable de la coordinación operativa de estudios de campo, asegurando la recolección de datos con los más altos estándares de calidad y precisión.
Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con equipos internos y externos para gestionar paneles, garantizando el cumplimiento de tiempos y objetivos de cada proyecto.
Este rol es clave para asegurar que las investigaciones proporcionen insights relevantes para los clientes más importantes a nivel global.
Responsabilidades: Monitoreo de calidad y tiempos: Revisar avances en tiempo real y solucionar problemas que puedan surgir durante la recolección de datos.
Monitoreo de métricas: Asegurar el uso eficiente de los recursos asignados al proyecto y reportar desviaciones.
Comunicación con cliente: Desde que el proyecto se comisiona hasta la facturación.
Envío de costes finales a cliente y gestión interna con equipo de finanzas para facturación.
Competencias Clave: Organización y gestión del tiempo Resolución de problemas y pensamiento crítico Adaptabilidad y proactividad Atención al detalle Habilidad para trabajar con equipos multiculturales RequisitosEducación:?Licenciatura en Sociología, Mercadotecnia, Administración, Estadística o áreas afines.
Experiencia:?1-2 años de experiencia en investigación de mercados, trabajo de campo o coordinación de proyectos.

Experiencia en relación con cliente.
Conocimientos técnicos:?Manejo de herramientas de encuestas en línea (como SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, etc.)
(deseable) y habilidades básicas en Excel (tablas dinámicas, gráficos).
Idiomas:?Inglés intermedio y español nativo.
Habilidades interpersonales:?Comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo y capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
