About our Sales Opportunity: Our sales professionals are some of the highest paid in Bogota. If you're hungry and are willing to put in the time, 10MM COP or more in commission a month is within the bell curve of what our productive salespeople earn. Sales experience is NOT required, and the ability to speak well and follow our sales process will ensure you have the potential to earn a very comfortable living. WE DO NOT COLD CALL. Your role will be to advise potential customers in the Americas, by phone and email, and help them choose a Kaplan International Languages program abroad.
Responsibilities: Providing advice and support to potential students and their inquiries (No cold calling) making sure their needs are matched by our products.Tracking sales and customers through our most advanced CRM system (Salesforce) and other business systems.Meeting and exceeding individual and territory targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of Sales experience.Native Spanish level and fluent in English (C1).Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Living Abroad experience. Passion for traveling, education, or language learning.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Sales-oriented and target driven. Ability to work under pressure when required.Compensation and Benefits: Monthly income is uncapped.3 weeks of training at our main office and ongoing coaching and training to support you in your sales.Upon completion of the first 3 months in the role, we offer automatic progression into the Sales Executive level.20.5 days' vacation.Location: Bogotá, COL
