The Junior Employee Experience Manager will help drive engagement priorities while strengthening employee transparency within IntouchCX. Duties include planning, facilitating, and executing employee engagement strategies to increase engagement and decrease attrition.
The ideal candidate will be someone with a high attitude for learning, a strong passion for new challenges, emotional intelligence, and a sense of teamwork.
As Junior Employee Experience Manager, You Will… Provide leadership for the Employee Experience team and define strategies.Manage the budget to guarantee the execution of all proposed activities.Plan, facilitate, and help execute all the global activities and employee engagement programs, including new ones as per market needs.Assist in planning and facilitating corporate events (e.g., graduations, anniversaries, etc.).Purchase and administer prize inventory.Be responsible for exit interviews, analysis of results, and definition of action plans.Oversee the approval of purchase orders.Gather employee feedback for the site, distribute online surveys (VOE/VOA), and follow up with action plans.Demonstrate a positive attitude that inspires and motivates those around you.As Junior Employee Experience Manager, You Have… University and/or College Diploma in Business Administration or any related field preferred.A combination of work experience and education will be considered.Minimum 1+ years of experience in working with teams, carrying out programs, and engagement activities.Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) & Canva.Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and Spanish).Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.Strong analytical skills.Highly motivated and eager personality.Attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.Ability to organize and deliver tasks with accuracy and timeliness.Goal-oriented and results-driven.Motivated to help others thrive at work with a happy attitude.
