About the Role Client Success Coordinators are responsible for supporting the Senior Operations Manager based in the USA for the client success team in the setup, execution, and internal management of influencer campaign activations, with an emphasis on vetting, content review, and email communication. CSC helps support the day-to-day execution of our influencer marketing initiatives in partnership with Client Success Associates and serves as a secondary point of contact for our influencer network. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals. Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms like Shopify to enhance user experience and maximize sales. Create engaging email marketing content with segmentation and personalization strategies. Design and maintain visually appealing WordPress websites with accurate content and user-friendly navigation. Craft compelling social media content and manage platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn) to boost engagement and build brand presence. Ideally, you have the following qualifications… Familiarity and/or experience in the marketing field. Strong understanding of the social media landscape, primarily in the US. Advanced English - C1 level - is a must-have for the role. Highly creative and process-oriented. Experience in the influencer/creator operational tasks is highly desirable. You are switched on, hungry to learn and grow, confident, and love social media. Experienced in email communication.
