What you'll be doing Handle technical inquiries from game developers, managing and prioritizing issues using the Zendesk CRM technical ticketing system.Investigate, research, debug, and resolve integration problems by interacting with customers and internal development engineers.Perform profiling and debugging as needed to ensure customer success.What we're looking for Proficiency in written and spoken English.Strong proficiency in programming languages like C++, C#, or .NET.Familiarity with game development environments such as Unity, Unreal, cocos2d, or Godot.You might also have A proactive attitude and a results-driven mindset.Experience in software development or support roles, with a focus on C++, C#, .NET, or related technologies.Experience in developing, debugging, and profiling native applications on both mobile and standalone devices.Previous B2B technical support experience.Additional information Relocation support is not available for this position.Work visa / immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
