At Mercer we are seeking candidates for the following position in Bogota: Junior Compensation Consultant- Bilingual.

- Support in identifying opportunities.
What do you need to have?
- Industrial Engineer, Economics, Finance or Business Administrator.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in consultancy compensation positions and/or human talent consulting and data analysis.
- Experience in evaluating and designing compensation plans or human talent consulting.
- Advanced Excel skills - Macros creation.
- Advanced English.
