Company Description We are looking for a detail-oriented & self-motivated Junior Client Consultant to own, execute and conduct Route to Market (RTM) projects. A successful candidate would be process oriented, accountable and able to master various technologies within the NIQ universe. You will work collaboratively with the Modeling, Sales & Product teams to lead the projects end to end for the Consultant, including project set-up (item definition, spec tools, model validation, QCs etc.), ensuring final specs match contracted project scope, creating client reports and ensuring delivery through a variety of platforms (FTP servers, SharePoint, custom dashboards etc). Job Description Own the process of providing error-free, on-time results every month through collecting, organizing and tracking data inputs, data setup, QC and validations. Accountable for managing timelines and interaction with internal teams to ensure project success and timeline compliance. Maintain project trackers, FAQs, and other documentation of steps followed, and scout for opportunities to reduce cycle time and improve efficiency. Interpret data and apply simple to intermediate Excel calculations for data validations and basic insights like growth, share etc. vs various reference products. Become familiar with practice area processes and software tools/modules specifically, and with NIQ data sources generally (scanning, panel). Optional: Develop insights and create/lead presentations/training sessions with clients. Qualifications College/University Undergraduate Degree. Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable with basic to intermediate formulas and shortcuts, pivot tables, and macros. Curious and process-oriented with strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Intermediate to strong written and verbal English communication skills. Proactively communicates, manages self, and prioritizes own workload in order to meet milestones and external timelines. Up to 2 years of relevant experience preferred (Market Research, Revenue Growth Management, Consumer Packaged Goods, Category Management, Shopper Insights, Consulting or Analytics).
