Job DescriptionAbout JobThe main responsibility of this role is to provide service to clients through advisory work and detection of opportunities, responding timely and in quality to requests and with in-depth analysis of strategic variables for business.
Your main objective will be to build trust with customers in terms of the quality of the information received.
This through timely communication of changes, coverage analysis, methodological explanations and identification and monitoring of potential quality problems.ResponsibilitiesContinuous communication with the client for application of changes Coverage analysis, interpretation of results, presentation with client and follow-up to actions triggered by said analysis.Client Inquiries management: filtering, registration, monitoring, review, communication.Client Order Management for feasibilities: filtering, registration, monitoring, review, communication.Provide training to clients on NielsenIQ methodologies and variable calculation.Promotion of the use of technology.Collaborate in the analysis and interpretation of the information of the services that NielsenIQ provides to the Client.Review the databases sent by production, either to reject or approve the release of the same for subsequent shipment to the Customer.Take administrative control of the accounts of our clients.Track Client Service Requests.Advise clients on market research issues to facilitate decision makingMake quotes and sales presentations to increase company revenue and meet with the established objectivesQualificationsAbout you A person with information analysis skills focused on problem solving and understanding the scope and limitations of NielsenIQ methodologies.
Knowing how to prioritize and size problems is key to success.Using your analytical and effective communication skills you can provide services and solutions to our client needs.
