Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Analyst to join our Issue Management team as a Customer Support Associate.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support, managing complex databases, and ensuring efficient issue resolution.
Your expertise in NIQ methodologies, US solutions in RMS and CPS, and local FMCG dynamics will be crucial in delivering high-quality service and maintaining client satisfaction. Responsabilities You will: Expert Knowledge: Utilize advanced knowledge of NIQ methodologies, US solutions in RMS and CPS, and local FMCG dynamics to support issue management effectively. Certification: Leverage advanced certification in Discover within the US user environment to assist with various tasks and issues. Communication & Support: Maintain continuous communication with the Issue Management local team to avoid misunderstandings and delays, ensuring quality and timely resolution of issues. Performance Adherence: Adhere to Performance KPIs to improve quality, performance, and maintain work discipline. Database Management: Manage and analyze complex and multiple databases to extract and interpret relevant data insights. Analysis: Interpret and inter-relate variables to provide accurate and actionable insights from data. Client Communication: Generate client-friendly communications regarding issue resolution, synthesizing inputs from various organizational functions. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or technical degree, preferably in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Experience: 0-1 year of experience in related areas, including client servicing. Language Skills: Excellent English speaking and writing skills are mandatory. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and macros is required; experience with analytical tools and database management is highly important. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, with strong skills in meeting deadlines, follow-ups, and project management (e.g., critical path, task sequencing, problem solving). Attention to Detail: Strong skew towards accuracy, proactivity, and meticulous attention to detail. Desirable Skills: Process Improvement: Ability to propose process automation or improvements using tools such as Power BI, R, or Python, and exploring AI/ML implementations.
