Position Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing financial operations team. This role will focus on supporting accounting tasks, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and assisting in delivering excellent service to our clients. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and familiar with accounting processes in a multi-client or outsourced environment.
Key Responsibilities : Categorize transactions and reconcile accounts efficiently and accurately.Assist in filing sales and excise taxes on a monthly or quarterly basis.Identify potential 1099 vendors, collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation, and manage annual filings.Retrieve and organize bank statements and client files while maintaining proper naming conventions and organization.Support invoicing, bill payments, and custom client financial processes.Assist with the monthly financial closing process, ensuring completeness and accuracy for clients.Qualifications : Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online preferred) and AP management platforms such as Bill.com.2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a multi-client or outsourced accounting environment.Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Commitment to continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.Preferred Skills : Experience developing and implementing efficient accounting processes.Familiarity with tax reporting and compliance procedures.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Nice-to-Haves : QBO experience, multi-client / outsourced accounting experience.Please note : To ensure prompt processing of your application, we kindly request that you submit your resume and intro video in English format.
