EyeCatch Networks, based in Miami, Florida, helps companies effectively manage in-store communications using digital screens across all their business locations from a central hub. We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to fill a role as Junior Account Manager . This role is essential for successful project completion and implementation, meeting client expectations, and managing various aspects of the project (software integration included). Responsibilities: Receive and follow up on client requests. Ensure that the material provided by the client is complete and suitable for the final product. Generate internal processing of client requests (production, publication, technical support, commercial, development, etc.). Create reports (monthly publications, audience measurement, services rendered, surveys, etc.) according to the client profile. Develop monthly content schedules for the client. Manage and effectively plan the timing of client requests. Attend to the various communication channels of the company. Support the account director with reports, client meetings, and internal processes. Minimum Requirements: Recent graduate or final-year student in Advertising, Social Communication, or Industrial Engineering. Six months of experience in related positions (internships are counted). Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written). Knowledge of Advertising and Design. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a great professional opportunity to acquire knowledge of the digital communication field. The position offers a long-term contract directly with the company.
