This role is 100% remote in Colombia. ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough analysis of current business processes, systems, and workflows under the guidance of senior team members.Assist in identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.Participate in workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and contribute to defining project scope.Support the translation of business requirements into technical specifications with the guidance of senior team members.Provide essential support and training to end-users to ensure the successful adoption of implemented solutions.QualificationsAnalytical aptitude with a desire to learn and grow in the field.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.Eagerness to build foundational skills in business process modeling and documentation.Bachelor's degree or relevant educational background.Competencies: Technical Skills: Basic understanding of programming languages.
Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.Problem Solving: Ability to analyze and solve simple technical problems.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.Communication: Effective communication skills to convey ideas and requirements.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.User-Centric Thinking: Developing an understanding of user needs and experiences.
Basic usability testing and user feedback interpretation.Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
