CI is looking for a System Admin to work remotely with one of our clients located in the North American region.We are looking for someone that is willing to learn and to be exposed to new technologies.
In this position the person will have to learn how to use different low-code and no-code tools to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities : - Seeking an individual with a dynamic and analytical profile who enjoys problem-solving and embodies a continuous improvement mindset.
- Must have an interest in understanding the client's business, be willing to share knowledge, and be eager to learn new technologies.
- Implement and manage solutions developed with low-code and no-code tools to address clients' needs (e.g., Zapier, Make, and ).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with low-code and no-code solutions in different platforms.- Talk to business stakeholders to understand their requirements and propose solutions to their problems.
- Work together with other team members to make sure the solution created adheres to the requirements defined.- Work together with all team members to ensure the quality of the outcome for every change by any person in the team.
- Collaborate with client leadership to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into the support process. Requirements : - Native / Fluent or advanced English skills,
enabling active and effective participation in meetings with diverse cross-functional teams.
- Solid experience with AGILE methodologies (Kanban, Scrum), demand management tools (Jira, ITSM, Trello, etc.), and knowledge documentation platforms (Confluence, GSites, etc.
Experience in supporting applications and services, including investigation, root cause analysis, detailing, and troubleshooting of production issues.
- Knowledge in REST, SOAP, Microservices and Webservices.- Experience in understanding and analyzing complex scenarios made of various components / systems / services, involving different products and / or suppliers, and communicating through different types of integrations (services, queues, files).
- Proficiency with low-code and no-code platforms, including developing, integrating, and deploying solutions.- Familiarity with API testing, creating requests,
analyzing responses and identifying potential errors using tools like Postman.
- Experience with the processes involved in monitoring services and applications.
