CI is looking for a Support Master to work remotely with one of our clients located in the North American region.As a Support Master,
you will blend your expertise in project management with a strong technical background to enhance the team's efficiency and collaboration to solve complex problems for our clients.

Your role will focus on optimizing the support processes through agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will be an integral part of a high-impact team supporting various leading-edge digital products within a renowned automotive brand in the United States.

Your contributions will directly influence the success and evolution of these innovative solutions and of the results of clients.

Responsibilities : Agile Leadership : - Serve as the agile project manager for the support team, facilitating ceremonies and ensuring communication flows smoothly between parts.

Coach and mentor team members on agile best practices. - Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the backlog effectively.

Technical Collaboration : - Help the team to define the solutions that will be implemented for the problems that the client has to solve.

- Leverage your technical background to bridge communication between developers and the other stakeholders.
- Facilitate discussions on technical investigations and root causes, ensuring a shared understanding of the challenges faced by the team.
- Work closely with the Tech Lead to align technical strategies, addressing impediments that require joint technical and leadership insights.

Continuous Improvement : - Identify areas for process improvement and work with the team to implement changes. - Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

- Measure and report on key metrics to track team performance and identify areas for growth.Stakeholder Engagement : - Act as a liaison between the production support team and stakeholders, providing transparency and updates on team progress.
- Ensure that the team's work aligns organizational standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with client leadership to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into the support process.

Requirements : - Native / Fluent or advanced English skills, enabling active and effective participation in meetings with diverse cross-functional teams.

- Substantial experience in production support roles, demonstrating a great understanding of support team dynamics. - Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with the Tech Lead and other technical leaders. - Enthusiastic about fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture in the context of production support.
