We are looking for a Digital Analytics Strategist who will be responsible for analyzing data related to our digital product efforts to drive informed decisions and actionable insights.
This person will be an expert in digital analytics and will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights that lead to improved performance and better decision-making. It is essential that this person has excellent communication skills in English and solid knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses that provide actionable insights into customer behavior.
2. Work closely with product teams to analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for product improvements.
3. Collaborate with marketing teams to analyze the performance of digital channels and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
4. Develop and implement user-behavior analytics standards and quality assurance best practices to ensure data integrity.
5. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital analytics trends and tools, and continuously seek opportunities to improve our analytics capabilities.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Fluent English skills.
2. At least 5 years of experience in digital analytics or a related field.
3.
Experience with Adobe Data Analytics and Experience platforms.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate reports and translate it into actionable insights.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Nice to Have
1. Experience in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
2. Knowledge in A/B and multivariate testing to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
3. Experience in optimization of tracking and analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, or other industry-standard platforms.
