We are looking for a Senior Java Tech Lead in Colombia to join our dynamic team for an exciting project with a leading American mortgage company. We really need someone who will guide the team and build trust with the client, communicate effectively, and maintain a proactive attitude. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Guidance: Lead the technical team, fostering a collaborative and trusting environment. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring alignment on expectations. Proactivity: Adopt a proactive approach to identifying needs and solving problems. Demand Management: Interpret high-level missions, such as system integration, and translate these directives into concrete requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with a BSA (Business Systems Analyst) to share and fulfill the team's mission. Backlog Creation: Identify relevant stakeholders, gather business requirements, and develop a detailed backlog for the project. Requirements Leadership: Experience leading teams and being the link between our clients and the team. Java: Strong experience in Java development. Spring Boot: Proficiency in building applications with Spring Boot. AWS: Hands-on experience with AWS services, including ECS. Containers: Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, etc.). API development experience. Nice to Have Experience with PostgreSQL.
