The ideal candidate will have a strong mastery of C# and Angular, with experience in developing robust and scalable applications on both the front and back end. Responsibilities: Apply your extensive experience in .NET (VB.Net/C#) to maintain, refactor, and improve systems while ensuring their continued stability and performance. Ability to work in existing codebases, with an eye towards modernization and long-term sustainability. Clearly articulate technical issues and solutions to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Actively contribute to collaborative discussions and project planning. Leverage excellent interpersonal skills to foster productive working relationships, especially within an organization that might resist change. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, testers, and end-users, to align technical solutions with business needs. Utilize your expertise in Microsoft SQL Server to optimize database designs, manage performance, and troubleshoot issues. Engage in thorough code reviews, follow best practices in software design, and ensure that all work is properly tested and documented. Navigate a challenging organizational landscape with patience, persistence, and an ability to resolve issues constructively. Requirements: Minimum 7 years of extensive experience working with .NET technologies, particularly VB.Net and C#. Experience with Windows Forms and ASP.Net. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to work in a complex organizational environment and manage relationships effectively. SQL Server database design and optimization experience. Experience working in Agile development teams. Experience with Visual Studio, GIT, and Jira. Excellent English language skills (written and verbal). Nice to Have: Familiarity with Azure (a strong plus).
