You will be responsible for coordinating QA activities for IT projects in a fast-paced environment, assisting in and implementing the automation test strategy , ensuring the requirements are testable, writing and executing automated tests, and supporting the approved test strategy. This position will contribute to project efforts for high-quality deliverables according to the team's goals and the client's priorities. Responsibilities: Leverage over 5 years of QA testing experience in a fast-paced environment. Translate business requirements into functional and technical automated test cases for thorough coverage of new features, focusing on automation testing techniques. Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts that clearly articulate test objectives, steps, and expected results, ensuring all functionalities are thoroughly validated. Create and maintain test documentation for both technical and non-technical staff. Work independently to achieve goals in a fast-paced agile team environment, with a strong focus on automation testing activities. Utilize defect tracking, test cases, and test requirements in Azure DevOps (ADO). Apply a wide range of software test engineering concepts, including testing principles, defect tracking, risk analysis, and root cause analysis. Generate suitable test data to validate critical requirements and business rules for automated tests. Collaborate closely with testers and development teams to ensure effective implementation of automation test cases/plans. Demonstrate strong knowledge of agile development and its best practices. You Need to Have Experience With: 5+ years of QA testing experience in a fast-paced environment. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work closely with international clients. Minimum B2 level (upper-intermediate). CTFL - Certified Tester Foundation Level. 5+ years of Quality Assurance using automation. Experience with automation using Selenium, .Net C#, especially for REST APIs. Proficiency in test automation tools/frameworks with RestSharp, TestNG, JUnit, NUnit. You Will Stand Out If: Experience with: Lambda. Experience in the Financial industry in the United States. Experience with SQL and data validation.
