Primary FunctionResponsible for the Logistics operation planning, control and follow up, related to Bulk Logistics, Bulk Costumers stations, Warehouse management for raw materials, Packed cargo warehouses and distribution centers and Animal Nutrition Logistics under Ingredion Colombia operation (Cali and Barranquilla), aligned with the Supply Chain Strategy and operations goals and KPIs.
Lead initiatives, continues improvement projects and routines with the team to develop efficiencies to reduce Bulk carrier freights, storage cost and increase customer satisfaction (Perfect Order), reduction of damaged product and Blocked inventory management.
Ensure that logistic team in charge accomplish with SHE, quality, inventory, operations and finance standards and procedures, as well as ensuring that working conditions, safety concepts and regulations are in accordance with the guidelines of existing regulatory standards (internal and external).
Implement, maintain, and promote IPS (Ingredion Performance System) as main pillar for routines, continues improvement and logistic process excellence execution.Categories spend: $3.8 MMUSD/year Freights, and $2.2 MMUSD/year External Warehouse.

Emphasis on developing specific and measurable action plans and schedules, assigning time and responsible to perform any activity involved in a process, project, or initiative.Inventory management: Ensure the accuracy of the stored inventory in relation to the physical and system (SAP) within all storage locations, and the proper classification of Inventories according to Global Inventory Policy.
