The IVR Agile Developer plays a pivotal role within the IVR team by leveraging data analytics and natural language processing to identify and resolve system pain points. They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing Agile methodologies to design, code, test, and implement optimized IVR solutions. Their responsibilities encompass analyzing production data for enhancements, refining user stories for development, ensuring quality through rigorous testing, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer interactions and system efficiency. Location: Colombia Responsibilities Collaborate in Agile teams, participating in ceremonies to improve team efficiency. Design, develop, test, and deliver applications that meet requirements and design standards, ensuring quality UX/UI. Provide maintenance and ongoing support for applications, including performance monitoring and troubleshooting. Identify and assess emerging technologies, communicating their impact and relevance to business partners. Conduct quality testing, address issues early, and assist in user acceptance testing. Manage or support the deployment of changes into live environments, enhancing release efficiency through automation. Utilize tools like Java, Python, Spring Boot, Node.js, and Angular for application development.
