It- Trainee

Title: IT- Trainee Location: GSC BOG Support the IT department in everything relevant to information systems, data management, ticket support, installation preventive and corrective maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical assistance to intern users, helping them to solve problems and answer questions.
* Assist in the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software.
* Collaborate with the team on software and/or IT infrastructure development projects.
* Contribute ideas to improve the efficiency and security of internal systems.
* Maintain up-to-date documentation on configuration, procedures, and changes.
Skills / Requirements: * Active student of a technology program related to Information Technology IT.
(Technology in systems) * Approval of internship by SENA.
* Knowledge in operating systems (preferably Windows), network, hardware and Software.
* Experience with Office Software (Microsoft Office 365).
* Technical problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Customer Service.
