In this role, you will manage tickets and requests, handle customer calls, and perform first-time resolutions or escalations as needed. You will also help with platform clean-ups, backlog ticket assistance, and the overall improvement of processes and documentation. Additionally, you'll work on maintenance and project tasks, contributing to the company's ongoing initiatives. ABOUT THE ROLE Location: Colombia (Bogotá or Medellín) Pay Per Hour: To be defined based on experience: Mid or Senior Type of contract: On-payroll position Working hours: Eastern Time Zone. What You'll Do Manage tickets and requests, providing initial assessments and escalating when necessary. Record and address customer calls, offering first-time resolutions. Assist in improving efficiency, processes, documentation, and automation. Complete assigned maintenance tasks, project tasks, and platform clean-ups. Help with backlog ticket assistance and ensure systems run smoothly. Here's Your Tech Playground Strong understanding of Group Policy/ADMX within Intune/Endpoint Manager. Hands-on experience with Intune and device management/compliance. Excellent knowledge of public DNS records and backup/restore best practices. Solid grasp of best practice security principles. Working knowledge of networks, routing, switching, and traffic management. Strong skills with Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive). Excellent troubleshooting capabilities for Windows OS, Office 365, and email routing. Mac OS experience is a plus. Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and automation. Familiarity with Azure infrastructure and deployment tools like SCCM or RMM applications.
