You will be working for a US-based technology company with the leading Software, Web and mobile app development for business in North America helping independent retailers adopt and embrace this new key component of their digital marketing solution. The Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, addressing ad-hoc requests, triaging incidents, and ensuring the smooth operation of systems and services. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Git to assist with various technical tasks and collaborate with DevOps and L2 teams as needed. The Responsibilities Handle and resolve daily operational issues, addressing ad-hoc user or system requests to ensure consistent service availability. Diagnose and escalate incidents to appropriate teams (DevOps/L2) when necessary, ensuring timely issue resolution and minimal downtime. Manage and troubleshoot data synchronization and loading processes, ensuring data integrity and availability. Monitor and resolve issues related to scheduled tasks (cron jobs), ensuring that automated processes run smoothly and on time. Oversee site creation, updates, and release activities, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure successful deployment and functionality. Minimum Requirements +1 Years of experience as Operations Support Specialist (or similar). Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform services for troubleshooting and resolving cloud-based issues. Experience with Git for version control, including basic commands for collaboration, issue tracking, and resolving code conflicts. Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues, minimizing impact on users and systems. Experience with ticketing systems and escalation processes for managing incidents in a structured and efficient manner.
