It Support Quality Analyst

The IT Support Quality Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining, updating, and managing our upcoming migration and implementation of the MANUFACTURING QUALITY SOFTWARE platform. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in IT quality assurance, as well as experience in manufacturing standards. It is FUNDAMENTAL to have experience in using quality management softwares for manufacturing and production processes such as: InfinityQS Minitab Qualio MasterControl ETQ Reliance SAP Quality Management Arena Solutions IQMS ONLY BILINGUAL PROFILES (B2+ OR C1 ENGLISH LEVEL) Responsibilities: Process modeling of manufacturing activities and operations in the ERP system. Data inspection from quality documentation and initiatives. Automation of manufacturing activities. Manage and maintain the MANUFACTURING QUALITY SOFTWARE platform to ensure optimal performance and compliance with quality standards. Assist in the migration process from existing systems to quality software QS, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption. Update and enhance the platform's functionalities based on user feedback and evolving business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical support during the implementation phase. Conduct training sessions for users to ensure proper utilization of the MANUFACTURING QUALITY SOFTWARE . Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring timely resolutions.
