We are a US company with presence in LATAM and experience in the areas of near-shore outsourcing, technology, software development, education and digital transformation. We are currently looking for an IT Sourcer to join our team.
What will you do? Collaborate with the recruiter to understand the requirements of each vacancy. Generate candidate search strategies through various channels and/or tools. Evaluate resumes and conduct initial screening to assess candidates' skills and fit for specific roles. Pre-select candidates based on their skills, level of English, salary range, etc. Find creative ways to attract candidates during the initial contact phase. Scheduling interviews according to candidate availability Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities What do you need? Minimum 1 year of experience as IT Sourcer. Experience in the Latin American market. Advanced English is a must (B2/C1). Previous experience working in consulting firms or IT companies. Previous experience using LinkedIn /Google / Boolean search Experience using ATS (Lever, bullhorn, etc) is desirable. What we offer?
