The IT Project Manager will be responsible for the success of all projects under their supervision; planning, executing, and implementing all projects to deliver intended business outcomes, ideally on time, on budget, and within scope according to business priorities; making appropriate tradeoffs throughout the lifecycle of these projects with project teams to mitigate any issues or risks. Responsibilities Project Integration Management: Performs the activities to identify, define, combine, unify, and coordinate the various processes and project management activities within the Project Management Process Groups. Manages and controls all aspects of the project lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, validate, deploy, hand-off, and close). Project Scope Management: Performs the work required to ensure that the project includes all the work required, and only the work required, to complete a project successfully. Project Time Management: Performs the work required to manage the timely completion of the project. Project Cost Management: Performs the work involved in planning, estimating, budgeting, financing, funding, managing, and controlling cost so that the project can be completed within the approved budget. Project Quality Management: Manages the work of the performing organization that determines the quality policies, objectives, and responsibilities so that the project will satisfy the needs for which it was undertaken. Project Human Resource Management: Performs the work to organize, manage, lead, and develop the project team. Project Communications Management: Performs the work to ensure timely and appropriate planning, collection, creation, distribution, storage, retrieval, management, control, monitoring, and the ultimate disposition of project information. Project Risk Management: Conducts risk management planning, identification, analysis, response planning, and controlling risk on a project. Project Procurement Management: Performs the work necessary to purchase or acquire products, services, or results needed from outside of the project team. Project Stakeholder Management: Performs the work required to identify the people, groups, or organizations that could impact or be impacted by the project; to analyze stakeholders' expectations and their impact on the project; and to develop appropriate management strategies for effectively engaging stakeholders in project decisions and execution.
