The Position As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the roadmap and lifecycle of assigned products within the Pharma Commercial Operations Product Line and value stream. You will focus on IT Product Management, promoting agile methodologies, and collaborating closely with stakeholders, Domain Leads, Product Line Leads, and Market Enabling Squads to shape digital strategies, roadmaps, and portfolios. Your role will involve working within the Pharma Commercial Domain and Pharma Commercial Operations Product Line, which oversees the informatics strategy and execution for the Pharma Commercial business. Success will hinge on aligning with other products within the value stream and other product lines such as the Pharma Data and Insights Product Line, ensuring collaboration and adherence to shared standards to achieve collective commercial and enterprise objectives. The Opportunity: Stakeholder Management and Partnering: Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the product's strategic direction, digital roadmap, and deliver outcomes valuable to patients, society, and Roche. Co-create the product vision and strategy, implement cross-product and product line strategies, and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle to leverage the full informatics offering. Leadership and Influence: Lead and manage agile product teams, ensuring security, quality, and privacy are embedded in the lifecycle. Work closely with key leaders to support future product needs, promote agile working, and foster a collaborative environment across informatics for alignment and effective reuse within Roche. Impact and Complexity: Support strategic planning and portfolio prioritization, and collaborate with other Product Managers to ensure end-to-end service levels. Define and manage product service levels, governance, and maintain regulatory compliance. Take accountability for the product's total cost, including budgeting, financial management, vendor negotiations, and maintaining stability, quality, and transparency. Information Security, Privacy, and Regulatory: Ensure products and services are designed, delivered, and maintained in accordance with applicable information security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Implement information risk assessment processes and guidelines, and apply both general and Roche-specific principles and requirements. Who you are: Solid experience driving strategy, vision, and implementation of enterprise Marketing data products, insights, and analytics, partnering with multiple stakeholders across Diagnostics, Pharma and Group Communications. Bachelor or advanced degree. Strong technical expertise in technical data architecture, data modeling, data ops, data cloud, modern visualization tools, ML/AI, considering their application, scalability, and sustainability. Experience in developing, deploying, and operating with Data Engineering, Machine Learning Ops, Cloud Storage, Cloud Computing, BI solutions across descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics. Exhibits a Lean-Agile Mindset and excels at Product Management practices. Demonstrates an executive presence, strong business acumen, ability to navigate ambiguity, and manages complexity. Enterprise mindset that can break down silos, focusing on delivery through collaboration, empowering teams and individuals to act autonomously, and holding them accountable, while managing and accounting for large product budgets, and exhibiting intellectual curiosity, integrity, and a strong passion for innovation. Look across multiple technologies and mobilize teams accordingly with a view to optimizing efficiency and cost. Be able to look at the "big picture" along with being able to understand nuances and details of the applications and markets. Ability to parse large numbers of globally distributed applications, gather meta-data about them, analyze and organize them into functional groups. Define and apply strategies such as decommissioning, consolidating and reimagining to this portfolio. Relocation benefits are not available for this position.
