in Engineering in

systems, electronic or telecommunications. With more than 3 years

of experience in related positions.

Who will be in charge of coordinating IT operations staff to guarantee availability, quality, operability, maintenance and customer support.

Additionally, it will execute monitoring, infrastructure, maintenance,
documentation, assistance and support tasks for services.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE

- Works team management.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools.
- Administration of Windows Server and Linux platforms.
- Administration of virtualized platforms with VMware, Certified Professional desirable
- in VSphere 5.1 or higher.
- Knowledge of firewall devices and routers, FORTINET desirable.
- Intermediate knowledge of networks and communications, OSI model -TCP / IP, VPN.
- Intermediate knowledge of cryptography and PKI infrastructure.
- Basic knowledge of .NET, Java or Perl programming.
- Intermediate-advanced handling of SQL statements.
- Intermediate-advanced command of English.
- Basic command of agile methodologies, such as SCRUM, Kanban, among others.
- Infrastructure operation on AWS.

- Good use of language and fluency to express ideas and communicate a message.
- Achievement and customer orientation.
- Desirable knowledge of electronic payment methods, identification solutions and
- security.
