Who will be responsible of leading the IT strategy, planning, change management, governance, business partner relationships, supplier management, and operations for COL, EC. Lead as the IT Manager - Management of all IT activities in Colombia & Ecuador. Duties And Responsibilities To develop the rolling three-year strategy COL, EC in line with the Global/Regional strategy. Presenting any resulting business cases for approval and directing any programs/projects that arise consequently. Plan of annual qualitative and quantitative targets in cooperation with the Business needs. To create and maintain the Technology Sourcing strategy (including policies for Global, regional and business unit sourcing) across COL & ECU in line with Global sourcing strategy. To liaise with the CIO LATAM in the Share Services strategy and the regional strategies are complementary. Coordination of local IT activities with each business and IT activities for both subsidiaries. Support of local country BRM (Busines Relationship Manager) at both markets and in use of IT services of the B. Braun group. Coordination of tasks between the local IT departments and the Region and the IT Shared Services Center. Contributes to various project groups or individual tasks according to the instructions of the CIO LATAM, related to the substance of the working position or occurring from operational needs. Professional competencies Degree in Computer Science or Business administration or similar subject. Master is seen as a plus. Fluent in English and Spanish.
