Yourmission EXTERNAL SUPPORT(PRE-SALES, PROJECTS AND CUSTOMERS) - around 80% of the time - Installation, configuration,and administration of the company's own software, ensuring its correctoperation, optimization and security.
- Provide supportand assistance to external customers in a timely, efficient, and professionalmanner ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document andreport errors, bugs, or requests for new features to the head office, ensuringeffective communication and timely resolution of problems.
- Providecomprehensive guidance on support, connection and/or connection support fromcompany software to customer databases, ensuring reliable, secure and efficientaccess to information.
- Providetechnology support service during demonstrations and meetings with prospects,ensuring a positive experience and a clear understanding of the company'ssoftware capabilities in technology and information security.
INTERNAL SUPPORT (Officeand employees) around 20% of the time - Externalprovider management.
- Installation, configuration,and administration of the company's own software, ensuring its correctoperation, optimization, and security.
- Provideassistance and support to technical problems related to computer systems,software, hardware and networks of the company.
- Provide supportto the management team in specific requirements of the technology area.
Profile Couldthis be you?You're used towork in English (level C1), you're curious and have got some French notions.You'vesuccessfully configured and installed on-premise and SaaS applications.Yourstrong knowledge in information security and practical experience inimplementing effective security measures will distinguish you.With a strongsense of customer service, you know how to communicate and provide qualitycustomer support, demonstrated through a strong track record of problemresolution and customer satisfaction.Liking workingon a wide range of subjects, you have knowledge in:- Databases(SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL),- Administration and management of Windows and Linuxservers,- Office 365 and Windows on workstations,- Cloud platform operation and management (Azure,AWS, GPT),- Vendor management and IT procurement.
