Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through IT solutions. Perfil buscado (h/m) Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT Business Partner role or similar. Proven experience with ServiceNow, including implementation and management. Strong understanding of business processes and how IT can support and enhance them. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
