- Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units, ensuring effective communication and understanding of business requirements.
- Lead and manage IT projects, particularly those involving ServiceNow, to enhance business processes and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate IT solutions.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through IT solutions.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT Business Partner role or similar.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow, including implementation and management.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how IT can support and enhance them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site work.
- Proficiency in English.
