Key Activities 1. Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews, process mapping, and research to gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear and concise requirements that guide project development. 2. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and other IT-related documents. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders. 3. Project Scope and Objectives: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Facilitate discussions to prioritize requirements based on business value and feasibility. 4. Communication Facilitation: Act as a liaison between IT and business teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals. Organize regular meetings and status updates to keep all parties informed of progress. 5. Data Analysis: Utilize SAP Business One and Power BI to perform comprehensive data analysis that supports data-driven decision-making processes. Analyze large datasets from data warehousing solutions to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform and influence business strategies and initiatives. Generate insights that help optimize operations, improve efficiency, and drive strategic planning efforts. 6. Dashboard and Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and trends. Ensure that dashboards are user-friendly and tailored to the needs of various stakeholders. 7. Data Warehousing: Assist in the design and implementation of data warehousing solutions to centralize and streamline data access. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy in data warehouse environments. 8. Solution Design and Testing: Participate in the design, development, and testing of IT solutions to ensure they meet business needs and requirements. Collaborate with technical teams during the development phase to validate that solutions align with business expectations. 9. Change Management Support: Assist in change management efforts by providing training and support to end-users. Develop user guides and training materials to facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes. 10. Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress against timelines and objectives, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Address any issues or risks that may arise during the project lifecycle. 11. Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance business processes. Qualification Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Data Analyst. Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Strong documentation skills with attention to detail. Experience with SAP Business One and Power BI is a plus. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and practices. Experience with business process automation tools and methodologies. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is advantageous.
