About the Role As an IT Audit Manager, you'll play a crucial role in designing and implementing internal audit strategies aligned with top-tier professional standards. You'll manage comprehensive audits from inception to completion, ensuring robust control mechanisms that protect and propel organizational objectives. Responsibilities Design and implement an internal audit methodology aligned with the Institute of Internal Audit (IIA) Standards. Contribute to developing the annual internal audit plan. Manage delivery of assigned audits concerning time, cost, and quality. Review audit work performed by team members to ensure accurate control testing and supported conclusions. Draft high-quality audit reports articulating identified issues and their impacts, with actionable recommendations. Track completion of agreed actions with stakeholders, escalating overdue actions appropriately. Take an active role in recruiting and onboarding new team members. Manage 1-2 direct reports, fostering talent development and team collaboration. Build and maintain effective stakeholder networks within the organization. Foster a risk-aware culture across our teams, enhancing risk management and control effectiveness. Keep updated with IT audit best practices and regulatory requirements. Participate in ad hoc projects as needed. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of relevant work experience. Professional qualification in IT Audit (CISA) or IT Security (CISM, CISSP). Expertise in professional internal audit practices and IT general controls. Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical-non-technical bridging. Proven record in direct line management, team leadership, and development. Understanding of IT infrastructure controls (security, disaster recovery, etc.).
