Implement and operate technological infrastructure services in accordance with the strategy, policies, processes, IT guides and budget to ensure the service level agreements established with the Business.
Provide L2/L1 technical support as a point of contact for attention to IT incidents for all users of the CL organization.
Be responsible for the management of technological assets assigned to CL
Be responsible for the support and implementations of Network and communications solutions

Academic training
• Recently graduated professional in systems engineering, electronics or similar.
• Intermediate English
Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related positions
• Experience in technical support of computer equipment
• Experience in internal customer service
• Experience in Handheld device administration
• Experience in technological logistics operation services
• Knowledge of WMS and TMS applications
Skills and capabilities
