Investment Banking Senior Analyst

We are looking out for a Senior Analyst – IB/PE to join our expanding Financial Research team in Bogota, Colombia. The role will have exposure to a broad spectrum of work across public and private equity investment processes. At JMI.Ai (one of the divisions of the parent company Jean Martin Inc), you will have a unique opportunity to work on qualitative and quantitative research using new-age data science tools that form the DNA of our company. The candidate will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, catering to the research needs of investment banks, private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capitalists, etc. The candidate should possess strong analytical and communication skills, strong work ethics, be self-driven, and work fairly independently. Responsibilities: Prepare robust financial and valuation models for public and private equity investments (M&A, LBO, etc.) Conduct in-depth industry/company research to generate insights, identify key trends and investment opportunities. Actively communicate and engage with clients on the deals/projects, understand the requirements, build collaterals and explain the deliverables to the various stakeholders. Write qualitative research reports on company and industry including thematic notes, company initiation notes, earnings notes, and events-based notes in a timely manner. Prepare deal pitch-books, preparing stock screening based on quantitative and qualitative metrics, credit analysis, ad hoc industry studies, etc. Support team leaders & associates on deal execution, ongoing client interactions and related work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
