At ROADIS, we are looking for a new teammate who will be part of the Investment Department. The central competencies and responsibilities will focus on financial modeling of capital, investment opportunity analysis, deal execution, preparation of investment recommendations, presentations, and related administrative tasks.
The Investment Analyst/Manager will play a crucial role in analyzing, structuring, and managing investment opportunities within the toll road sector across emerging markets. This individual will work closely with senior team members to conduct financial analysis, build complex financial models, and support the execution of deals from inception to completion.
Key responsibilities:Perform thorough financial and operational analysis to assess investment opportunities in emerging markets.Develop and/or review financial models, focusing on model integrity, multivariate sensitivity analysis, key assumptions, etc.Assist with risk assessments, scenario analysis, and valuation exercises.Conduct market research and due diligence, including analysis of regulatory, political, and macroeconomic factors affecting the toll road sector.Support the deal management process and collaborate with advisors and review associated reports.Assist in the preparation of investment proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.Administrative tasksSupport any project to improve the dissemination and organization of information and other administrative efforts.Participate in any other project to enhance team performance and efficiency.About you:Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, etc. CA, MBA, or CFA is valued.4 to 7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and valuation (financial modeling), ideally within the infrastructure sector.Advanced English.Experience in emerging markets is an advantage.EssentialAnalytical and financial modeling skills.Excellent communication skills.High level of personal and professional integrity, attention to detail, and teamwork.Ability to excel in dynamic environments and effectively handle challenges in demanding situations.In exchange for your commitment, we offer:At Roadis, we strive to offer a variety of benefits prioritizing the well-being and professional development of our team:
