Inventory Auditor

Job Description Job Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Auditing, Finance Preferably with experience in Audit (1 year experience) With knowledge on inventory management or stock count Proficiency with basic computer programs Keen attention to detail A flexible schedule Reliable transportation, willing to travel to any branches of VANS in the Philippines Duties and Responsibilities Verify and ensure that the equipment and quantities delivered or returned are correct (physical against documentation) Guarantee that the equipment inventory control processes are executed according to the establishments; any discrepancies must be communicated to the immediate supervisor Prepare the damage reports required during the return process (including pictures and damage report) Perform any other activity that may be required by the immediate supervisor Analyze with the Operations Manager any deviations in the process that may be identified Perform location quantity audits to support the Inventory Control Analyst Accurately record not only the physical count but also the physical state of inventory locations Report back collected data to the Analyst Perform "2nd count" audits against other teams within Inventory Control Interface and support fellow IC teammates, including a team of IC Auditors and a Researcher Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Company events Employee discount Health insurance Promotion to permanent employee Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary Overtime pay #J-18808-Ljbffr
