Your Role at Baxter Responsible for balancing and optimizing supply planning to meet demand from our customers. Provides input to define and implement supply planning process or alternatives. Guarantee Inventory Health by facilitating improvements and projects through segment reduction, optimizing operational inventory value. What you'll be doing! Accountable for optimizing inventory performance and accomplishing financial inventory targets. Minimize excess & obsolete inventory through product life cycle management using MRB tool, VSM methodology, and Inventory optimizer. Assist with generating monthly and quarterly inventory level reports for all regions and consolidate data. Handle and report supply chain risks such as low coverage, excess inventory, inventory strategy changes, and bring up issues when necessary. Changes are to be governed through sales and operations execution (S&OE) and planning (SIOP) processes. Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to define, test, and implement reporting that supports greater efficiency in proactive, forward-looking decision making. Plan and complete assigned tasks within tight deadlines. Establish a solid program of Cashflow improvement projects (CIPs) for all regions. Collaborate with Finance on data for monthly and quarterly reports. What will you bring? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 1+ years' experience in Supply Chain / Manufacturing Planning. APICS certification is preferred. English (Required). Advanced Excel skills (Required).
