Prior 3PL experience in a customer-facing role. Someone who has familiarity with building loads, tracking loads, and scheduling pickups/deliveries from an office setting with a good English level. Additionally, we are looking for the following: 1-2 Years minimum of professional Logistics and Transportation experience Profound understanding of various supply chain solutions and service offerings Knowledge of industry terminology and market trends Proven ability to manage detail on multiple projects simultaneously Strong sense of urgency An active learner with strong communication and organization skills Ability to perform under pressure Solution-oriented team player Functions: Growing and developing relationships with your portfolio's partners, shippers, and receivers Effectively communicating with customers to understand their supply chain needs Completing all entry and scheduling of shipment orders Closely monitoring the booking of your shipments to ensure reliable transportation coverage Reporting and resolving any transit issues or problems to appropriate parties Managing and updating all shipments within your portfolio Efficiently managing the flow of information across departments Collaborating in the overall growth strategy and improving operational excellence of each account with the Business Development Representatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
