My client, a top 10 Global Law Firm, is seeking a talented Litigation & Dispute Resolution Attorney to join its International Arbitration team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in international arbitration, with a focus on both investor-state arbitration and commercial arbitration. This role involves working closely with an esteemed team on complex, cross-border disputes and offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a global firm. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in international arbitration matters, including both investor-state and commercial disputes. Collaborate with clients and legal teams to develop case strategies, conduct research, and prepare legal documentation. Participate in hearings, settlement discussions, and other dispute resolution processes. Contribute to the strategic growth of the International Arbitration practice by building relationships with clients, particularly in Latin America. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. 4-6 years of experience in international arbitration with a reputable law firm or relevant legal department. Proven experience in both investor-state arbitration and commercial arbitration. Strong research, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Experience working with clients in Latin America and/or fluency in Spanish is highly desirable. Preferred Skills: Fluency in Spanish. Knowledge of the legal landscape and business culture in Latin America.
