Job Summary: We are looking for an Internal Service Advisor and Dealer Rental Manager to join our team! The day-to-day duties of this role include creating rental agreements for service customers, processing dealer rental maintenance, and writing service internal repair orders. Oversee and participate in quality control Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures as appropriate Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license & clean driving record Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control Automotive service advisor experience Ability to read, write and speak English fluently Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions Multitasking skills Proficient use of computers/business machines About Us: The Kelly Automotive Group is a family owned and operated dealership group that was founded in 1965.
